A Prayer for the Single

God give me strength today.

Strength to be single,

because this is your will for me at this time.

Give me a spirit of contentment and joy

for this segment of my life.

Pour your Spirit on me so I don't feel a longing

for a dating relationship.

Lord give me strength.

Help my thoughts and focus to stay on you Lord.

Captivate my heart totally and completely,

fill every space so I am completely full.

Lord give me strength today.
